Thanks to its PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and NVMe support, it offers high performance, a long service life, advanced data security, and stable operation even across an extended temperature range.

The drive utilizes high-quality 3D TLC BiCS5 NAND Flash memory with a lifespan of 3,000 P/E cycles and is equipped with DDR4 DRAM cache for higher data processing performance. Sequential read speeds reach up to 3,800 MB/s and write speeds up to 3,000 MB/s, enabling fast processing of large volumes of data and smooth operation of demanding applications.

The MTE712A-VS1 model is equipped with a wide range of technologies for data protection and increased reliability, including LDPC ECC, an internal RAID engine, advanced bad block management, Global Wear-Leveling, Advanced Garbage Collection, and the Power Shield feature, which protects data during power outages.

For enhanced security, it supports hardware-based AES-256 encryption, as well as the TCG Opal, IEEE 1667, and Microsoft eDrive standards. The drive thus meets the requirements for secure storage of sensitive data in enterprise and industrial environments.
