The Pulse mode allows manual air extraction, which is ideal for delicate foods that could be damaged in automatic mode. In addition, with Dry and Moist modes, the machine automatically adjusts the parameters according to the type of food to achieve the best results.
Also included is a drip tray that captures excess moisture when vacuuming wet foods, ensuring clean and reliable operation. The unit is compatible with bags and foil up to 25cm wide and also allows marinating or modern sous-vide cooking.
